Near Cash-less Accident Repairs

You can avail Cash-less accident repairs across India, at Maruti Suzuki’s extensive network of dealers and service stations. You do not have to pay for the whole cost of repairs. You are charged only for the compulsory excess and applicable depreciation as per motor tariff. All other repairs and replacement costs are payable under the policy.

  • We offer cash-less accident repairs across more than 450 cities in India
  • Our customers only pay for small compulsory excess or depreciation as applicable under any policy, as per the Indian Motor Tariff Act
  • All other replacement and repair costs are borne by the insurer and settled directly with the dealer. The customer does not have to worry about the rest of the payment at all

Other Policies

  • Either Cash-less facility is not available. You have to bear the full amount for repairs up front and then try to get your reimbursement, which may even take months
  • Or it is available at only a few Select Garages for accident repairs. In addition, more often than not, you will have to make various compromises to get your vehicle road-worthy again
Fair and Transparent Claim Settlement

All Electrical / Metal Parts are treated in their respective categories as “Electrical / Metal” and NOT as Plastic. The depreciation on Electrical / Metal parts ranges from 0% to 50% depending upon vehicle age (50% on 10+ year old vehicle) as per Indian Motor Tariff.

  • We consider All Electrical and Metal parts in their respective “Electrical / Metal” categories. Hence, there are no flat 50% depreciation charges. Depreciation on electrical / metal parts ranges from 0% to 50% depending on age of vehicle (50% depreciation only for vehicles over 10 years old)
  • We have a customer-oriented settlement process that ensures the focus stays on giving you the most comprehensive breakdown of costs and settlement details
  • Surveys are completed within a maximum of 24 hours of claim initiation
